A delegation from Zenith Bank, Lagos, visited Rayfield Gardens City in Ibadan to provide mortgage financing options for subscribers interested in purchasing properties in the estate.
The team was warmly received on Thursday by the Chief Executive Officer of Fendini Group, Prince Adelaja Adeoye.
Following productive discussions on tailoring mortgage solutions for both local and diaspora subscribers, the Zenith Bank team was taken on a tour of the estate.
In his remarks, Prince Adelaja Adeoye welcomed the visitors and emphasized that Rayfield Gardens City is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between the Oyo State Government and Fendini Group, making it a secure and reliable investment. He assured the team that the project holds all necessary title documents, including a Certificate of Occupancy (CofO).
The CEO commended the Oyo State Government for creating opportunities for people to own quality homes without needing to relocate to Lagos, Abuja, or other cities. He highlighted that Rayfield Gardens City offers a wide range of luxurious housing options to suit every taste, noting that Ibadan is fast becoming one of Nigeria’s most rapidly growing economic hubs due to ongoing urban development.
The Zenith Bank delegation was led by Mrs. Hafisat Modupe Taiwo, Business Head, and included Mrs. Folakemi Kolade-Adun and Mr. Ebuka.
